- จัดทำเอกสารและหลักฐานการจ่ายเงินงบประมาณ และเงินนอกงบประมาณดำเนินการด้านการเงิน การเบิกเงิน การเก็บรักษาเงิน การนำฝากเงิน การนำเงินส่งคลัง การถอนเงิน และการโอนเงินของ สถานศึกษาให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- รับและเบิกจ่ายเงินตรวจสอบ รายงานเงินคงเหลือ ประจำวันของสถานศึกษาให้เป็นไปตามระเบียบ
- ควบคุมการเบิกจ่ายเงินให้เป็นไปตามแผนปฏิบัติการประจำปี
- เก็บรักษาเอกสารและหลักฐานต่าง ๆ ไว้เพื่อการตรวจสอบและดำเนินการทำลายเอกสารตามระเบียบ
- ให้คำแนะนำ ชี้แจงและอำนวยความสะดวกแก่บุคลากรในสถานศึกษาเกี่ยวกับการเบิก-จ่ายให้ถูกต้องตามระเบียบที่เกี่ยวข้อง
- ประสานงานและให้ความร่วมมือกับหน่วยงานต่าง ๆ ทั้งภายในและภายนอกสถานศึกษา
- จัดทำปฏิทินการปฏิบัติงาน เสนอโครงการและรายการปฏิบัติงานตามลำดับขั้น
